as for the gyarados...it may got good stats, moves but its flying/water dual type makes it suffer 4x on electric attacks so be weary.

hells yeah, a level 70 pikachu can kill a level 100 gyrados with one thunderbolt (i've done it), way too weak to electric.agent146 wrote:
