It's way cheaper to do it there. Also, you don't need to spend 100k to max out an import. You can increase the horsepower by a few hundred for a good price.
I'm not saying American muscle sucks, it's just I like import tuners better, and I know they are faster.

Exactly. Spend 40K on a Mazda RX7 (which can also be bought for 20K) and then Spend 40K on a Charger (20K) and the RX7 will be faster. There's nothing to discuss, they're newer and more modern. More lighter and plus there's the whole light years ahead in terms of quality and the engine itself.
