Im new to this game and when I play in a ranked server im usually getting enough kills and points but my progress to rank up never goes up can anyone tell me whats the problem?

Stats aren't updating as the stats servers are down. We don't know why they're down or when they'll be back up. Best bet is to keep checking here or the EA Nation forums for any updates.
