Why is he getting so angry, you're all answering his question. Lmfao.

What do you want to hear? Something along the lines of

"Well, the speed of light is 3.0*10^8 m/s, but the speed of DARK is 4.52*10^7 m/s"

Does that even make sense? Exactly.

There is.

Darkness is merely the absence of light. It has no speed.

Just like there is no such thing as cold, merely the presence or absence of heat.
Thank you for that little bit of sanity in this thread.

To any physics students reading this thread who didn't bother to correct him... Go die in a fire, the fact that you didn't write what this guy did proves you do not understand your subject area of study too well.
Someone hit a nerve?

Well, I'm just havin too much fun seein' how many people
would try and answer that question.

But Seriously, is THEELVISCERATOR correct about this do you guys think?  It's a pretty
good explanation that he gives, I'll give him that. Maybe I'll just leave it at that until I do my own
further research and before I make myself look even stupider. lol

Although, what I do want to know is, and maybe some of you physics
dinks can offer me a clue; WTF  is this string theory shit people are talking about?
What does it have to do with anything?

Dark doesn’t exist as something you can measure. Dark is the result of the absence of light, light is caused by energy and dark the lack of. No light = no photons, no photons = nothing to measure. Because it’s the non existence of light then you can measure it. Something that doesn’t exist doesn’t have a speed, but for the sakes of conclusion its speed is 0.

Its slightly faster than the speed of light cos it has to get out the way of the light
still think my answer is the best! lol

Yeah darkness has no speed it is just the absence of light.

Anyone that even wants to ask that question should understand that answer.

Well, we'd probably have to define darkness as it is not even only the absence of light. In a way, darkness is also "spread" by black holes, meaning that photons will not get away from that black hole. Yet, those black holes have a speed as they're moving around and thus darkness has a speed.

€dit: omfg. i only noticed by now that i wrote protons instead of photons
