I have a problem with the AF and EF in that I can't seem to play any of the maps without actually being online at all. I know you need internet to sign up and register and what not but it doesn't say you need the internet to just play vs the bots. Is there a mod or tweak that can allow one to play the maps and weapons of these two booster pack without being connected online?

In order to play offline, you need to make a separate singleplayer account. Just go to create account, and select it to be offline.
