OMG have you guys seen the new google street view?? On the drudge report!! My hometown the BAY AREA especially San Fran is spotlighted!!

I just went to bars I have been too, apt's where my buddies live at, nudes I frequent etc.

I saw my buddies cars with his license plate being shown on the camera!!

I just saw my apt in full view!!! Menlo Ave, Menlo Park, CA !!! This is fucking crazy!! please take a look!! Fuck, you guys can see the street I live on!! Just scroll down to Menlo Park, and check out Menlo Ave.!!! My apt is across from Trader Joe's market. . . .

Dude. . . . I just found my high school in perfect view, my parents house, my work, not too mention my HOME!!

The Bay Area seems to be the guinea pig for this for sure. . . .

Makes sense cause Google is a Bay Area based company

maybe we can see the Mexicans hanging out waiting to get picked up on 5th ave. at El Camino in Redwood City. . . .LOL!! I am about to check!!

just checked. . .its late in the day, so all the mexicans have been picked up by that point! But you can see two cop cars pulling over someone!! lol You also can see Chavez super market where they all hangout to get picked up!! UNREAL!!!! Fantastic!!

But seriously that is quite scary. Think of the possibilities, ordinary members of the public may be able to spy on their spouses homes etc. could lead to some break ups and cases of cyber stalking.

I imagine its only going to be done for American locations.

Check out my street!! Menlo Avenue, Menlo Park, CA just scroll south of SF, you cant miss it!!! Thats exactly where I live lol!! I am not gonna tell you which number, but you can clearly see it from the street. All I will say is that its the apt building across from Trader Joes market.

For as far as I can tell these aren't RealTime, so...

Hopefully they do a lot more of these, and not alone US

I cannot believe how clear the picture is!! I have been all over the Bay Area, SF, Menlo etc. and thats what everything looks like!!

This HAS to be illegal!! The plates, faces, etc are a total and complete invasion of privacy! Like I said, good thing my car isnt in its parking space or you guys would see my license plates!!!

What is the difference between this and
* traffic control cameras that are live and free available on the web
* My holiday pictures taken from NY with loads of cars and (for me) unknown people on it ?

Mind you these pictures are a single moment image, they are not cameras that are hosting your daily affairs live on the web.
If you don't host a link to a picture of your car saying this is my car; what extra info would I have?

I drive a white Ford Mustang. . . but the difference is these pictures are FOR EVERYONE to see!! They are not a single personal pic you happend to take. Anyone can log on and check out streets, people, areas, they know of!! Its an invasion of privacy. . . this is going to be modded for sure!! They cannot keep this as is, or else people are going to sue their ass!!

ghetto. . .its easy to find!! just look across the street from Trader Joes market. . .Its the only market on the street. . . Click in between Chestnut and Menlo Ave, and you cant miss it!! lol

these are stills. did people really need this to stalk when maps have been around a long time. i like google, but its fairly useless as they don't plan to roll it out everywhere. what about my peeps in the midwest? so it shows me SF. i love traffic & uhauls. seriously. because we dont have enough in LA.
