I thought it was pretty good. It met my the criteria I expected based on previous trilogies (Spiderman, LOR, etc):
1. Not as solid a storyline as previous ones in the series
2. A little too much unnecessary humor
3. CG being flaunted ('Hey look at us. We have a huge budget')
4. Excessive political commentary
Overall I give it a 4/5.
Oh and did anyone else catch the 300 ripoff?
Side note: NEVER down 3 quarts of tea right before watching the movie without relieving yourself first.

The humour in it wasn't as forced as that in DMC
Some spectacular performances, especially from the likes of Johnny Depp, Geoffrey Rush and Bill Nighy
I actually warmed more to Keira Knightly this time, usually she just pisses me off.
I was disappointed that you don't see much of Captain Sao Feng or the Pirate Lords, but the plot wouldn't have advanced as well without them.
Overall I really enjoyed it, nice twist at the end with Will and Elizabeth.
For those who didn't get to see the end scene after the credits you can see it here, even though its pants quality.

It just doesn't seem right to shorten movie names like that, unless you're making a joke or taking the piss.
