i kno i didnt search. but i really want to play BF2 SF, but when i go to install it , it always installs some gay patch that overwrites my BF2 , and it also takes f***in ages to proccess, who at EA thought it would be a clever idea to intergrate the patch into SF ?

is there a way to bypass the patching ?

Just re-patch 1.41 after the SF install - its worth it SF is great

you've gotta' end the process that is installing the patch, it'll think it's done installing it and continue...

The Disc doesn't really update it, it just sais it is, it'll just idle and tell you it is updating, you have to find out the process it is, I forgot what it's called since I installed it a long time ago, but it's not difficult, it's like updater something...
