On and off for about 15 years. When I realized that shit would be in my mouth every waking moment and chaining them, I'd quit. Gums don't grow back. That lil lip skin divider thing in my front lip is pretty much gone. No tooth loss though and my teeth aren't all fucked yet. I was bored so I started up again after stopping for 4 years. Office job in the South = "We don't really care... Mind if I get a pinch?"
Used patches when I knew it had to come out quick and wouldn't be able to rinse. Disgusting habit to be honest.
Actually I recently quit. The patch system works (nicotrol) and the dreams are fucking awesome.
