Wish they had used the red dot/sniper sight from the real G36's. Oh well, still it's a pretty lethal gun. Nice for CQC. You'll easily mow down a bunch of 3-4 enemies if you know what you're doing. Just burst your way up to the head!

L85A1 is too unreliable for me, one kill it hits in the head straight away, next I wase a whole clip on single shot trying to hit the person.

also a big fan of the G36 series... G36E isnt my favorite though ...
DAO-12 takes alot of my time ... but the G36C was my first unlock and still my favorite weapon... just playing alot of anti-tank these days.

not being able to go full auto is a handicap though ... but its very accurate
the l8 is good for range but the g36e is ore reliable but the ak-101 if your mec without doubt oh and the m16 aint bad
Just another game of warlord with my trusty AK. 3 arty and 2 tank deaths. ONE death from an actual gun while I was reloading.
Can't believe the commander beat me to the gold though
L85A1 is way better than G36E 3 words for me BURST WEAPONS SUCK i get killed form on burst form g36E sometimes but L85A1 is way more accurate and L85 can kill in 1 bullet to head also the AK-101 pwns them all so if i had to choose L85 if both guys are running and strafing the G36E is really bad when standing he has to get a good first shot or hes done cause i killed alot of G36E's in SF with my L85A1 i snipe them b4 they even get within 50feet of me lol one guy came in on an ATV sniped him off in 1 shot but i dont use G36E that much just because im not good with burst weapons but ill try it this weekend i remember when everyone had a G36E on karkand good time killing them with my AK-101 bt then i got sick of Karkand and i cant get enough of Warlord
L85 is more of a medium to long range gun hes not very effective at close range on full auto the spray is bad and unpredictable so thats where the AK-101 comes it clears'em all out and the AK-101 is effective on 1 shot for semi long range sniping.
So what it comes down to is preference what ever gun you do better with use that gun because i cant use the G36E but some ppl are amazing with it as you spend more time with that gun u get better i used to suck with L85A1 but now im really good with it the key is to use the same gun so u get better with it

The spray on the l85 is controllable if you use bursts and you get used to it.
I like the L8 slightly more than the G36E. However, you can't go wrong with either although, the AK101 is a really, really accurate gun for the MECs.
People should read this thread rather than starting another that's exactly like it.

IMO The G36E is much better. I guess that's why it's the second-tier unlock.
