Should I reinstall it? Just reformatted my PC (it needed a good wipe, waaaay too many bugs and stuff, lol)
and was wondering if I should reinstall Special Forces. I know some people play it but, is it even any good?
Post a reason why I should and/or shouldn't reinstall it.

It's BF2 with better maps & accessories. The people who play in SF are on average 87.9% more mature than found in vanilla. It extends the life of BF2 giving you new things to work for. It's not only worth it, it's a must have for bf2 pwners.

It all comes down to how much you play it.

Are you likely to play it in the future?

If 'yes' or 'maybe' - then install it.

If it's a definate 'no' then don't.

Though I would anyway, just in case...

We've all lived through the Chopper/Tank/APC-whore debates and the rise of the I/O option. But on Vanilla, I/O=Kark.Sharq.Mash.

On BF2:SF there are lots of good IO maps and with grapples&zips the maps are way more non-linear.

I believe that playing SF suggests you are a more discriminating player than the usual Vodnik-driving, Nade-chucking Medic.

On a side note, people who use helos to get atop tall buildings can usually be defeated by grappling.

Very very true. I think we can all say bragging about "owning" on Karkand or another play-spammed map isn't saying much.I also heard maps like Iron Gator, Warlord, and many others rise way above anything regular BF2 can dish out. True?
