But the owner has the right to refuse anyone entry since it is his place right?

Mosques aren't 'owned'. They're like community centres.

So why did people bitch about wire taps and microphones inside of mosques?

Erm. It's common sense to monitor them??? A damn sight more effective than travelling thousands of miles to some dusty hellhole to blow up radicals and their innocent neighbours.

I don't think I heard anyone bitch about that. Wire taps on phones maybe but not mosques.

Common sense when the EU does it... When Bush does it, and goes the full 10 yards (US football -a real man's sport) you bitch....
Real man's sport?  With all that protection?  It's very gay.  Football (the real football) or rugby are for men.

Doesn't look blue, oh wait is that the color of the dome? Like the Green mosque in Balkh?
Still they should be allowed to keep taps on them, like what was said, if there's nothing to hide then there's no need to worry.

A mosque is a public place?
Yes.  So is a nightclub.

A privately owned place can still be public.

Some of you keep saying the US is wrong and basically stupid for watching mosques..... well... what have we here?

Wonder if it will actually happen.
I see nothing wrong in that - just like surveilance on all extremists in both directions.

And like Vilham said it`s allready been done for some time with positive results.

You see usmarine, in Europe we like to catch them before they blow shit up

Yes monitor places were potently terrorists may gather or be radicalised is sensible. Our Police forces are on this and have prevented attacks by doing so. Whats the problem here? EU afraid of what????? Not putting the majority of your intelligence personnel half way around the globe in a country who never posed a terrorist threat, while leaving home soil relatively unprotected and undermanned? What really, I'm confused. :S
