Try push ups. Lift weights, bench press, military press. Works your arms, back and abs. Google for more info

push ups and bench pressing
kip
Straight heavy lifting with your arms, insterspersed with light weights and high repititions.
But, frankly, the best method is to use your own damn bodyweight. You need to strengthen your arms, learn to balance your body while moving vertically, and strengthen your fingers.

If your flat out terrible, find a low bar that your head goes over when standing. Grab it with your arms and walk yourself out into a modified pullup position, with your head lower than the bar. Start pulling your chin up to the bar. or Do pushups, and any of the other aforementioned exercises.
Go to bed. It's 2am for you man.Entertayner wrote:

Yeah but kip pullups aren't based so much on strength. I guess that might be a good thing though...usmarine2005 wrote:

Pull ups work your biceps and lats. Do curls and bent-over rows.
It helps build up strength in your fingers and forearms since you can stay on the bar longer.Major.League.Infidel wrote:
