You can put anything up against the Ghost Rider and I'll still vote for it. Ghost Rider is one of the worst movies I've seen in my life. And the burning skull? Wtf is up with that?
Ghost Rider is pretty badass, but Spawn beats him out of sheer nastyness.

The comics for Ghost Rider were pretty good, but lots of the Spawn comics were great.
Spawn would kick the shit out of Ghost Rider. Just read issues #99 and #100 and you'll see.
