Now that we have all these lovely guides about how to make a sig, and a userbar, but my userbars wont work, because I can't animate...
Do anybody know animate guides on the internet or some place else?

What do you want to do? I recommend ImageReady for a start.. most people who have PS have IR.

If you want to make animated userbars like the one I have just go to this site: http://ubanimator.com/ and add your userbars there

use image ready in ps

duplicate w/e u want to animate

hide that layer

select tween

add around 25 frames

add the origional layer back

select tween again and hey presto some animation thing

this only does flashing text btw.
