Many things we take for granted, such as electricity, the Internet, the emergencies system and ATMs, rely on computer networks that are increasingly dependent on each other. That creates a situation where one network failure can have a ripple effect on other systems.
Now take a look at this:
Scotland Yard has uncovered evidence that Al-Qaeda has been plotting to bring down the internet in Britain, causing chaos to business and the London Stock Exchange.
What do you think would happen in such scenario? Don't you think this would be very hard to predict? How could any country respond to the fall of internet? Although Scotland Yard found evidence, can you fight this?
