No. AVERAGE citizen. Not a soldier. We know they are doing everything they can. In every war, the citizens at home have sacrificed for the war effort. Not this one. What can the civilians at home do to help curb terrorism while our military is fighting overseas?G3|Genius wrote:

Yeah, we all vote and what not. Im talking, like the women going to work in factories in WW2, to help make munitions and such. That was unheard of til then. What sacrifices are there in this war? BEsides the obvious loss of men and women in uniform.

There isn't much we can do. Accept for not getting scared of them, that's what they want. Hence the terror bit in terrorist. But we all know how much everyone is scared of Muslims and terrorists these days... I mean i might be abit more vigilant at times but some people are so scared it's really sad.

Both are neverending "Wars" with increased budgets for different departments. INcreased budgets because the said War is so important we'll cut education and healthcare to fight them. Then they dont feel guilty for taking the earmark. Because then it feels necessary.

Start working on a realistic alternative to gasoline. No matter how you slice it, terrorists get money from oil.
Start cracking down on the drug pipelines from ME. While Muslims are strictly forbidden from using drugs, they have no problem making money selling them to people that want it.
So I guess you could be more careful about how much gasoline you consume, and just don't do drugs.

There isn't much you can do. Terrorism is a concept as old as...well, old. There is no way you can eradicate an idea, just like there is no way you can get rid of religion. It will, imo, always exist.
