How do i stop connection errors i get them pretty much consistently every 40 -60 seconds

what do you have? DSL or CABLE? and what os your connection speed? or do you have wireless?

i have wireless router. My connection speed is tested at about 3.5 Mb
But i still got connection errors when i had it linked directly via the modem

Well, sorry about your issue, but I must say, excellent choice of song for your video (trying to be optimistic in a bad situation). Hope you get your issue resolved quickly! +1 for the smile when I watched your video.
try to tweak your setting go to www.speedguide.net and DL there optimizer and check your firewall for your router or unplug it for 5 mins this will reset it

I used to have this problem a while ago and i found it had nothing to to do with my internet but actually my graphics, turned them down and it was fine. I dont know if this will work for you but it did for me.
i had the same problem and all i had to do was to set VOIP off and it was fixed
