I was looking forward to playing this tonight but...I've tried downloading Project Reality twice now and it stops when its near completion. It's been about 2+ hours and its 91% done.

If I cancel this and enter in the download url again will it continue where it was at?

Does anybody have a torrent of this or know of a good download site (I was using totalbf2)

Yes I know, I guess a main quesiton of mine is this: Using firefox, if I cancel this download that is already JUST about flippin done, and redownload from the same link, will it start over or continue from where its at?

Just want to get some opinions before I do.

I use firefox and no, it never continues but starts it over. I dunno how it should be , but there it is.
I dl PR using one of the links provided at their site http://www.realitymod.com  . It took almost a whole day (had bad connections so i had around 50k/sec) but i dl-d it.

Edit: found a torrent for you at the PR site : http://www.gloryhoundz.com/bt/pr_0506_setup.exe.torrent

Edit #2: Sorry, realized that King county already gave you the thread where this torrent is... stupid me.

If Firefox wont let you resume download than get a download manager.

I think FIrefox need an additional plug in to be able to resume downloads.

Ok, I finally got it to download, but guess what? I get about 10+ "Source File Corrupt" messages as I try to install it. This has happened on the .04 version and now the .05.....

"Source" file means from the download correct? So why am I getting corrupt PR setup files? I clicked on 'Ignore' so it would finish the install, but I'm pretty sure I'm missing a lot of files now.....

GetRight is the way to go.  It tells you whether or not the download is working, lets you pause and resume it, lets you split up the packets, and even letes you download from different URLs even if one goes down.
PS It's free (unless you really want to pay).


And to the above, sorry, I think your download's conflicting with some software in the background, or you got a corrupted download.

THanks guys. Wah I got a question, so you use flashget to download torrents? I have it...And I can't download that torrent. Can you help me out? Is there some things I don't know bout flashget?
