FIrst and foremost, The VATech incident was sad and terrible. Whats worse is there is no one left to blame, so we will watch 'experts' talk about gun control and videogames tearing away at society for the next 6 weeks.

Now this VATech coverage is already overplayed. I keep seeing the same fat sheriff run by with his M16 drawn on Dateline, Primetime, Inside Edition and every other news channel. Its like on 9/11 watching the towers fall over and over and over. There is no shame in the media outlets. There are no new clips, no news. Just regurgitated shit and candel light vigils. Granted Id rather see the candel light vigils than Anne Curry give her expert opinion.
SO what news story will take VATech out of the light?
I did this as tasteful as possible considering the incident. Someone has to understand where Im coming from.
As a family member of a victim would you want this shit splattered on tv over and over?
Examples:
Its not a developing story. People are dead along with the shooter. What now? Call for all VATech staff and security to be fired or what? Not to mention the whole right side of the screen is nothing but VATech stories.
Have you checked the security at your workplace or school since the VATech incident?
No I haven't, because there isn't much they can do if a fellow is going to sneak in with a gun, especially a well educated college senior who is a LEGAL immigrant also. Security will search him right? No matter how much security you have, this shit will happen. Sorry to say we don't live in the perfect utopia.
