(1) Detroit Red Wings v. (8) Calgary Flames
(2) Anaheim Ducks v. (7) Minnesota Wild
(3) Vancouver Canucks v. (6) Dallas Stars
(4) Nashville Predators v. (5) San Jose Sharks

Eastern Conference

(1) Buffalo Sabres v. (8) New York Islanders
(2) New Jersey Devils v. (7) Tampa Bay Lightning
(3) Atlanta Thrashers v. (6) New York Rangers
(4) Ottawa Senators v. (5) Pittsburgh Penguins

I'm a Rangers fan, so I hoped for an Original Six final with the Red Wings. I doubt it will, but it would be a wild final. Detroit remains my pick for the Western champion, although I wouldn't be surprised if Anaheim could take it instead. From the East, Buffalo was my pick. They have improved from last year, when they were my pick for Stanley Cup Champion, and almost did (if it weren't for several key injuries). Yet, the Western champion will likely win the Cup.

Your picks are just like mine but I'm going with the Senators over Pit.
And as Western Champs, Anaheim I think will claim it. Western Finals Wings vs Ducks
Eastern Buf vs Ottawa, Thats who I'm going for and the finals Anaheim over Ottawa
