I have always wondered, how often does BF2142 crash for you guys? In this past week, 2142 has crashed about 4 or five times, and jesus it is fucking annoying! Just in a random game, for no apparent reason, it crashes down to the desktop. I never understood why the fuck this happens. I don't have vista, and my computer is pretty high end, so WTF.

I've noticed it crashes WAY more than BF2.

What I find more anoying is when I get disconnected from a server because I got switch side.

considering I played the beta for an incredible 3 days, in which I had no less than 12 crashes, I will assume a 30 day month, meaning I had 120 crashes.

Yeah, THIS makes sense. Great way to judge the 1.2 version, by taking your data from the game beta.

The game crashes to desktop regularly, the only app I use (other than BF2) that crashes, my systems are always rock solid for stability. BF2 didn't use to crash either until they patched it one day and it introduced the crashing problem, they 'fixed' it later but it didn't stop the crashes for me and many others, I am sure this dodgy code made it over from BF2 and they just haven't figured out what they did to bork it, or are more interested in keeping the change they made than stopping a random crash.

Plus, this poll is flawed. we all play different amounts of time, so even though i only crash once or twice a month, i bet if played more time, i would get more crashes.
