I recently had my computer wiped so that I could get it to run faster without all of the crap that my family had downloaded to it. I knew I would have to reinstall both Battlefield 2 and Special Forces by doing this but didn't think I would run into the problem that I have. Battlefield 2 installed just fine but after I installed Special Forces a message kept popping up after I would try to launch the game. This is exactly what it says:
mods/bf2/shaders/lighting.fx not found! _DO_check your working directory, _AND_sync your shaders folder before calling upon your local rendering programmer/GP. (really!)
I'm not technologically gifted when it comes to this stuff so I'm hoping that someone here will know what to do. I would greatly appreciate any insight you guys have to offer.
