... but in just a couple of minutes another 1000 players have been axed in BF2 it seems ... Total atm is 4751.

5+ of my clan mates cannot connect. Its still fucked for us. Its not connection or ip address specific, it is account specific. A different account could work. If you have an account laying around that works, i could use the details.

Nope. I successfully connected to the bit where I can pick my soldiers. I hit "connect" and it couldn't connect, then I lost my connection to the EA Master Server.
