Possible: Select your headset USB sound card in the teamspeak options since teamspeak chooses it sound drivers manually and doesn't use the default windows options.

BF2 selects the windows settings. So if you selected in windows the usb headset, it's fine but then automatically the bf2 sound effects will be on the headset aswell

if you selected your sound drivers (not usb) in windows, it's fine. But there is no way you are gonna get voip on the headset and at the same time the sound effects on the speakers.
