I personally wouldn't have a problem with it unless they weren't covered by formal, BDU's or, if wearing short-sleeves or shorts, weren't too racy or tasteless. The Marines could at least show some leniency here, for the sacrifice their personnel offer in service. Tattoos can also help identify body parts, so what's the problem, here?
