Washington has a law that doesn't allow smoking indoors or within 25ft of an exit. If we did ban smoking, the tobacco companies would have to be pulled down, and then there would be a huge gap in our economy. Besides, smoking is our very own natural selection. If you started smoking despite the obvious health risks, then your dumb as hell and deserve to suffer through lung cancer, emphazima, kemo-therapy and painful surgery just to die a couple of weeks later from it.
However, if you have been smoking for over 20 years, then no one really made a big deal out of it, so you had no way of knowing how damaging it was, so too bad.
As far as marijuana goes, I don't think anything that warps your perception at all should be legal. No, not even booze. Look at MOST of the drug busts that go on in the United States. Most of them are found out when they're pulled over, in a car. I've heard alot of you retards claiming that being high is okay, as long as you don't operate machinery or something. Well you have no perception, whats stopping you from going out for a spin after a bowl? Just your mind saying "No, thats a bad idea." But wait, your baked. Your going out anyway. That being said, alcohol, and cannabis, should be made illegal, but I think it would be a bad idea. Maybe the usage would go down if it was made legal, but I just don't see it happening.
