BF2S Forums How do you do this? Possibly a Hacker/cheater?

Has it happened to anyone? anyone at all?

Hacks don't really work like that, and on his side it probably seemed as if everything was completely normal.

I'd sooner blame the server screwing something up, or a packet lost somewhere along the line when the game was determining his team.

From what I've read, the Blue Tag Hack only changes the tag and the uniform, but it is either both or none. and he had a green tag but differnt uniform, and he contiusly TK me.

EDIT: It might be called the green tag bug (are called the same thing?)

Back on topic... the problem you had is not a hack, it is a glitch- the red/blue/green name tag bug.

When the game was first released it happened a lot, now they seem to have sorted it- mostly

It happened to me recently aswell, someone was on the other team, who for me appeared to be on my team.

He was constantly "team killing me", but my friend was saying i was constantly getting owned by him

However, when i saw him spawn at the enemies base, i realised it was the bug. Very helpful, since he showed up on my minimap all the time

I've seen MEC people spawn at the gas station in Karkand before. They could only spawn there until they died, but it was pretty funny.

I've also had enemies show up in a squad on my team. It has squad 5, and if I tried to join squad 5 it just made me squad leader and he disappeared from the list... then if I left again he popped back on the list as squad 5 squad leader...

I could also see the squad 5 icon on the map, so I knew where he was at all times... xD

Not sure if its a bug or a hack but somtimes ive had a guy on my team same uniform as me but he had a red tag on insted of blue and it counted as a tk each time i killed him.

I had both of them things happen to me.

First i spawned into a new round as USMC on Wake, run to the jet, and then me and 4 other guys got naded/carbined. We were all like "what the heck just happened?"

Also, a clan member had that squad-bug-see-enemy-squads-on-the-minimap bug, while he also had the blue tag bug as well. I always knew exactly where he was and kept knifing him ect. He raged

I've had something kind of like that. For me (while playing as the US), I'd hear the MEC voice saying "Clear!" and "First Aid, here!" from right behind me, and whip around only to find a very confused American medic staring down the barrel of my M16 (and no, he had not changed kits with a dead MEC medic).
