So I'm back...I've been in the frozen wastes of Northern CT.  I come home...for Bloody Spring Break and it snows.  It snows like a motherfooker.  We got a foot of snow...and I forgot my password for BF2s till I looked it up.

So yeah...They have finally, FINALLY buffed the gunship to the glory it needs to be, for such a sophisticated (and fragile) vehicle.  Conversely, they've modified the AA so it is more and less dangerous at the same time.  Frankly it's about time...and with me and my buddies playing online, the gunship will become a deathmobile.  For everyone who was already good at it...I'm hunting you down with my near-flawless SAAW now--that thing is finally worth the unlock.  [downloading]

APM spam looks like it got reduced.  But as someone mentioned, a well-placed APM will still be lethal unless they're paranoid about going around corridors.  Along with this and other glitch fixes, They've upped the stakes of 2142 to be better than its predecessor.  Now, about that new game-play material--think we can look forward to something big in the inevitable 1.30 patch?

And for the rest of you guys who came from BF2...here is something I know you can agree with:

Hopefully they will also make titan movement always on again. If yes then this patch would be complete.

i have found that most of the people who jump on an AA to shoot me down find a TV planted directly in their face i am #15 in Aus for gunship, mainly because conquest has far less of those annoying whoreing apm nubs so i don't get to fly much these days. add me to your list and i will show you why people say i'm the best gunner in Aus, even one of the best in the world. i am on the search for a good pilot for say if the time came when a competition should arise in Aus. youdy120
