I agree. What you can do though is just to leave them to it and hope they eventually sort some of their problems out on their own.

All to true but in some places the bad outwieghs the good. I mean just look at places like bosnia and hertsgavina, somalia, checneya, Serbia, Russia, and the good old US of A (in our case more stupid tahn smart.)
