Without going threw the millions of pages, is there a simplified page that shows who to talk to if issues arise with regards to EA And Bfroe?

i concur, but i think what was wondering was if there was like a page in ubar or something that listed the best people to communicate with over issues regarding their own staff. even though it wouldn't entirely make sense here, but, thats ok.

Yes it is allowed, since 1.4. Before that it was against the ROE. They haven't updated. They have become lazy. Which is nice.
