Teampoints are like revieve points and ammobag points. Points that help your team.
It is also capping flags and assisting them.

Team points are points you get for helping out your teamates basically. Such as being a medic you get a healing point for giving them health when they need via a health bag, it take 1 1/2  health bags to get a healing point which gives you 1 teamwork point, you can also get a revive point as a medic as well when somone is down you can use the shock paddles to revive them and you get 2 teamwork points, when someone needs ammo you can be support and throw some ammo bags you'll get an ammo giving point and recieve one teamwork point, you can also get a repair point by repairing stuff such as commander assets or vehicles it takes a little while to get a repair point and you'll recieve 1 teamwork point for it, and lastly for kit wise spec-ops you can destroy enemy commander assets to recieve 1 teamwork point, just put some C4 on the asset you want to destroy usually 2 or 3 and blow em up thats it kit wise now onto what any kit can do teamwork wise. Flag defend to get a flag defend kill an enemy when they are trying to take your flag pretty straight forward now flag capture and flag capture assist, when you get a flag capture you get 2 teamwork points but you have to be there since the begining or if someone leaves run and get it, if you get a flag capture assist you get 1 teamwork point, that is when someone else is taking the flag and you help em out, you can also get a neutralize point, just wait for the enemys flag to turn grey and you'll recive it, and last but not least a kill damage assist is when you take somebodys life to half way or lower without killing them and someone else kills them, this will usually happen with the M95 if you hit the body cause it reduces the enemys health to two bars. And thats basically it about teamworkpoints, hope I helped.
