I'm not sure, the prize is constantly moving around tbh. Cougar can be annoying, simply because his attitude is almost always "I have lots of karma, and I sound tough on the internet, bow down to me and build temples in my honor." But I do, from time to time, agree with him on certain things.

I'd say a small bit of the D&ST frequenters are least-liked, since they can't seem to go through a decent discussion without putting in random/retarded stuff.
