BF2S Forums next rank: 2nd Lieutenant

Try playing a full round in another server.  Play until the round is over, and then when the next round starts you should hopefully get it.

Translation: I'm sorry but I/we probably don't know why, maybe you have to logout and log back in.

You just start a new game and capture a flag (or neutralize) and you'll get your rank. But be careful, you have to play the whole game, you cannot disconnect. Play until the end is over and then you can quit the server.
