i've downloaded the new patch for PR, extracted the file to my desktop, opened it up but theres no setup program or anything like that?

how do i install it ?

please need help cant wait to play it

erm... there was no patch for updating to the latest version.
You need the full, 1,6 GB version of PR 0.5.
Before installing it you also need BF2 with 1.41 patch installed.

no mate, i have the 0.5 patch, and the 0.4 patch installed already but how do i update to 0.5 theres no set up program for it ?

well first, you HAVE to uninstall 0.4 before you install 0.5. Where did you DL 0.5 from? Try getting from their website.

ok im not at home so cant check to see what comes in that 1.6 GB. Maybe someone else will clarify.
In any case you need to uninstall v0.4 before installing v.0.5.

Also it could be that you got an image file. Unlikely but still posible. Do you know how to mount image files ?

edit: also is the file you downloaded 1.6 GB ?

You downloaded the right file.

Try unpacking it again. (and never unpack things on your desktop)
