BTW, where did they get the paint from? It could be toxic, and the kid on the right has some in his mouth.
Babysitters fault....she should get you a new tv, clean all up and babysit for free until next BF-game is released...

Take the kids to a relative. Strip the Baby sitter and her man naked. Pour some sand & meths if oil based, water if water based on that paint and drag their bodies back wards and forwards across the mess, in a mopping action. Leave for 10Min's and repeat.
The paint was brought over & left on the floor by the boyfriend.

Being a father of 2 I feel for you mate. My recomendation to you is this:
1. If the girl in question is young enough to still live under her parents roof, you inform them of the problem and demand they make restitution. Inform them of Everything hehe, perhaps that will return the favor to her. I dont know of many parents that would look kindly on a daughter getting her brains pumped out (1) and 2 failing in such an important task as babysitting a 2 and 4 yr old.
2. If she is old enough to be on her own, not under her parents roof, you gotta hope she has a wallet with money in it, you need to remove said money hehe.
What type of paint is it? Being a painter by trade...if its latex, you have a very good probability to remove it. The only problems I see are the floor, and the couch. 99% of the paint will come up, but you may never fully remove it from little cracks and crevices (on either one).
If its not latex, you may be in trouble, as most thinners will damage the floor, the couch and the tv screen...

But you should also make your children clear that they can't just go trow paint in living room, but I am not a father of a 2 and 4 year olds, thus the how you make that clear is beyond me.
Obviously the sitter needs a little more than a few words!
