I'll admit, Bush hasn't done anything really spectacular since invading Afghanistan. If he can somehow pull Iraq out of this crap with the surge, then he'll be remembered as a mediocre president. However, you left out one biggie on your list: James Buchanan. He sucked. He stood by and let the Confederacy drift away with no real attempts at either reconciliation or quick military action against the budding rebellion. What? Andrew Johnson hated blacks and tried to screw them over as much as possible. He killed the Freedmen's Bureau and turned a blind eye to emerging Jim Crow laws.

Still, I stand by my statement that Andrew Johnson was the absolute worst president we've had. I hate Bush, but Johnson deserves hell if it actually exists.
