I have it on, and I honestly do like the immersion it helps to provide. But I suppose it could be detrimental to what you see while you're running around.
Does turning it off disable all the shaking when you're in a walker (as in, it doesn't shake the screen, just the cursor moves around)? If so, I should consider it, to help me keep the horizon in check while I move about.

Walker auto moves the camera.
It's fine on 2142 for me.
Though with World of Warcraft, it's a tottaly different story for me.
