Just wondering as I witnessed a case of ABH today and even though I am 15 i may have to give evidence and im scared shitless i may be chased by the guys or any of their friends.

HAve you given evidence and if so do you fear being attacked?

ABH in England is Actual Bodily Harm if I'm not mistaken. If it was just an assault I'd really be surprised if you had to testify physically in court. I'm sorry I'm not more familiar with the exact proceedings in your country. But typically you'd fill out a statement that could be used as evidence. I'm assuming though, if this case is large enough to go to court (again I'm not sure how your court systems work or how things are tried there), that the ABH was severe enough to require witness testimonials in court. I'd really not worry about anyone "coming after you" in an ABH case, especially if no fatality was involved.

Do you know anything about the people who commited the crime? Was it gang related?

i gave evidence once, the guy and his gang hunted me down like a dog . its a good job that i had police protection otherwise ill have a concrete overcoat on but ............................. you'll be fine i hope.
