i have a question about Project Reality for you:
On Alabrasha (i think its called) my frame rates go spaz, from 70 to 2 randomly, i have no trouble on Mao Vally and i would consider it more dence, im not the only one with this problem to, i asked the server and about 1/2 have the same problem.

So any idea how to fix? Or why it is doing it?

Pity because i like that map...

You just want to use the A10 dont you

Um I have no idea. Different maps effect different computers differently and in different ways.

I played it few times and never experienced any significant frame drop like that. But on some servers occasionaly, regardless of map most people get lag spikes and frame drops. It feels like avast is updating. I had that happen maybe 5-6 times on different maps. Either someone restarts the server or it goes away by it self on map change.
Apperently that will be fixed aswell.

If its only and always on Al Basra than you are out of luck. Its a good map.

I experience lag sometimes and it's definately not my internet connection or my gaming rig. Though the developers of the mod already located several bugs that cause the lag and are going to fix it.

The only thing that is pretty annoying is, that there are no name tags or they just appear on close distance. I do not care if they are there or not, since i have no problem to decide when i look at the uniform or the vehicle but jeeeeeeeeez, how many times have i've been teamkilled when i was playing infantry or shot in the helicopter because some guys cannot decide it. And it's pretty annoying in a helicopter since the chopper starts to shake when it's damaged.

There are lots of high quality servers that are ranked in Project Reality...

Our server is also ABR ranked btw.....

I know man it's just that i miss .5 basrah so much, .6 and .7 dont compare to it! I loved .5 AAS and Extraction modes, Insurgency is nice but it does not hold a candle to AAS. Damn i miss those days on devfile!
