I am a big fan of music. I have gone through tons of headphones, different kinds/brands. I have, over the past couple of years, bought about 4 of these (any headphones don't seem to last very long w/ me cuz i tend to break things alot). I'll probalby only buy these again.

The are only $20 and worth every penny.

Philips Virtual Surround Sound In-Ear Headphones - Black or white

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

Coz those are so handy to just put in your pocket with your dinky little iPod... rofl. I use Sony MDR-EX71s for my mp3 player, look kinda similar to the ones you posed.

Got issues, small earphones may be cool for going at happy bars, but they make you camp out for ear-aid 3000 in ten years.

You are right there. I'm already having trouble hearing and  I'm only 26 years old.
But i figure the older i get the less I'll want to listen to my wife.
I'll start saving for one of those ear-aid 3000's right now! I wonder if they come in suround sound?

I'll refraze:  If your like me and can't hear very well these are the best head phones for the IPOD!

I've never liked the in-ear ones...for whatever reason they never stay in for me. I can't understand how somebody could jog or even walk around with those things. I guess my ears are defective or something.

This is what I use.  Except mostly I just use my ipod in my car so I have a cassette adaptor, which costs fiver, to transfer from ipod to in-car stereo.

I'd use closed-cup headphones except I don't want to look like one of these guys
