Russia and Iran join efforts to struggle against invasion of UFOs

I just didn't think that would go over well.

Russia promised to help Iran in the struggle with UFOs. Russia put an end to the anomalous problem in the beginning of the 1990s, when the entire population of the Soviet Union was panicking over strange flying objects. Both Russian and Iranian officials emphasize the fact of expanding the bilateral cooperation, particularly in the field of space exploration and the development of satellites. In addition to UFO-related contracts Russia and Iran are working on the details of the agreement to launch the Zohreh satellite.

So the questions for debate, if your interested. Is there a pattern here? Is people seeing UFO's in Iran a subtle embrace of American culture and myths, or is it something much more sinister?
Could it be that the Russians and the Iranians are seeing American aircraft, or do you think it's more likely it is extra-terrestial.

I once thought I saw a UFO.. but it turned out to be an F-15 Eagle refueling with 2 more jets flying in formation, it was actually very weird to see in a small town where the nearest Air Force base is 300 miles away...

hey, maybe your not too far off with that line of thought. I read in a NY times article that the Georgian man that was attempting to finish the transaction was going to sell it to a VERY "serious" organization, whom had a Muslim leader....

- endangering other flights?
- entering RESTRICTED airspace and toying with commercial fligts? Oh i guess that was part of the US plan to toy with civillian planes
- If they are secret why to they fly in full view of the naked eye for all to see and also witnessed by millions of people inc pilots?

My proof of UFO's? Soviet Union's failed mission to Phobos... look it up, very convincing.
My theory behind who the little green men are? Ourselves or the next evolution of life on this planet traveling back through time to study... ourselves, to better understand... ourselves. Which would explain why they haven't made formal contact... temporal prime directive anyone?

On topic. I think that if the above is true, its both our aircraft and UFO's. Why? Because there is gonna be one hell of a conflict there in the next few years, and its going to have a big effect on human history.

@ Phobia: I'd say the reasoning behind all that would simply be to keep people guessing. Similar to what happened with B-2's in the 80's and early 90's, I believe the aircraft of tomorrow are in the sky today, just no one knows what they are. However there have been very well documented evidence of tampering which just wouldn't fit into that profile, in which case refer to the second line of my post.

I have done some research on this topic (where you mention next step in human evolution). It’s something I have been pondering and have yet to arrive at a conclusion. For the time being I’m more towards the notion of ‘beings’ obviously much advanced and not so different from our human evolutionary path, from another star system kind of like explorers may they be hostile or not is another question, But yeah I see where you coming from a very nice post too.. +1.
