So as many of you probably know, Apple has revealed their "iPhone." Some of you probably also know that Cisco has had the "iPhone" name trademarked since '98. And now, of course, Cisco is suing Apple. The story goes that Apple tried to negotiate the "iPhone name from Cisco, but Cisco refused. So Apple created a "another company" Ocean Telecom, to try and acquire illegaly it right under Cisco's nose. They "created" an entire company! I really hope Cisco wins the suit. If they do, Apple will:
1) have to change the name
2) pay damages to Cisco
3) I really love this one: they have to destroy basically everything that says "iPhone" and everything that is used to make that.
4) and more
