Movie Script:
Opening Shot of Humvee's & DPV driving through the roads of Operation Clean Sweep and an F15 Landing. A Black Hawk
Comes from the East side of the Main USMC base, Black Hawk makes a slow decent down to the F15 Hanger Helli pad.
Troops Jump of Black Hawk Once Landed, Camera zooms in on Chris (Smokey) as he walks to another helo pad, F18
Black Hawk Pad.
Camera fades out to a shot of a Black Hawk with Chris (Smokey) on board, Black Hawk fly's at tree level on the
map Songhua Stalemate. Camera fades to a shot of SSgt. Bob Barnes (Maxie) and his squad, patrolling the jungle
his squad has 3 assault, 2 support and 1 medic troops in it.
Camera moves to a shot of Sgt. Elias Grodin (Jester) and his squad 2 Medics 3 Assault 1 support gearing up to go
on night patrol, camera shot of them leaving and traveling to just north of North Island (trees area). Shots of
some claymores been set up, as it gets dark, shots of troops sleeping (or there alike) shot of Chris (Smokey)
Looking into the distance and thinking about the latter he wrote. Shots of PLA troops moving into ambush
Sgt. Elias Grodin and his squad.
Claymores go off, gun fight happens one of Sgt. Elias Grodin squad members are killed, PLA forces falll back
Camera moves to a shot of a Black Hawk taking troops back to the make shift camp.
Only shots of the Black Hawk in the air, no shot of it landing. Night Fades out....
Next Day and the Platoon both (Sgt. Elias Grodin & SSgt. Bob Barnes squads) head out to a village captured
(North Island) They must scout the surrounding area. The Platoon run into enemy contact on the south side trees
North Island. Elias, Chris & 2 other men atempt to flank the enemy as they attack the rest of the platoon with.
They take 1 wondard and Elais tells them to fall back, he goes ahead. Arty is called in, and the rest of the
platoon is orded to fall back to North Island. Chris is told by Bob that Elias is dead. Black Hawks fly in for an
extraction and the platoon is air lifted out.
As they are taking off they pass over 30 troops running after Elias as he makes the clearing to North Island he
is hit and starts to prone crawl he gets up again and is shot, and a traumatic death scene. Barns calls in a
fire mission to that location, cut to an F 15 taking off, then bombs going off, bombs create a white screen
and the screen fades white.
Fin.
