I know there were already a lot of topics about new possible awards and things like that but now im gonna make a list and if anyone else got a good idea i will add it to the list.
Please think seriously and also write what do you need to do for getting that award.
For some things i still didnt wrote whats the need for getting it, all posts are welcome !

Battlefield 2

#BADGES#

1. Grenade Badge - Basic: 5 kills IAR , Veteran: 15 kills IAR & 500 global , Expert: 20 kills IAR & 1000 global
As there is no badge for it we need one.This is most used by lots of players.

2. Squad Leader Badge - Basic: , Veteran: , Expert:
The idea is good and this badge is already in 2142 so why dont we have it in Bf2 ?

3. Squad Member Badge - Basic: , Veteran: , Expert:
The same like above.

4. Infantry Badge - Basic: 15 kills, Veteran: 30 kills & 2000 global, Expert: 40 kills & 4000 global
All vehicles got badges and medals why dont we have for infantry ? (As IO is so popular right now)
When you are running and using your guns would count as infantry.Sometimes players cant get any vehicles and awards should not based on tanks,jets,choppers.

5. Paratroopers Badge - Basic: 10 min global, Veteran: 30 min global, Expert: 1 hours global
We have a ribbon but we use parachute not only once.

6. Artillery Badge - Basic: 100 kills, Veteran: 1000 kills, Expert: 3000 kills
As commanders use artillery and they kill with it we should be able to get a badge for that.

7. Boat badge - Basic: 10 min, Veteran: 20 hours, Expert: 40 hours (boat and jetski sould count for this)

#MEDALS#

1. Infantry Medal - 100 hours as infantry 50 kills IAR & 8000 kills global

2. Transport Medal - 100 hours in transport & 3500 driver ability points global
We have a badge for it and some people love to drive around or transport others so why not ?
And you know we have a medal for helicopter,armor,jet and all this 3 got badges.

3. Military Role Model Medal - 50 teampoints IAR / 30 kills IAR / 2 flag neutrilize / captures IAR

4. Anti Air Defense Medal - 1000 kills with AA

5. Ground Defense Medal - 1000 kills with MG/TOW

6. Suicide Medal - 1000 suicides as everyone can hit a tree or a flying UAV with the JET

7. Medal of Valor

8. Courage Medal

9.

#RIBBONS#

1. Revive Ribbon - 20 revives IAR & 1 kill with defibrillator
We dont have anything with this.

2. USMC Theather Ribbon - Played 5 mins on all Bf2 maps as USMC & 50 hours total as USMC
As this is the most played army and we have PLA and MEC ribbon we need one.

3. Transport Ribbon - 20 mins in transport IAR & 1 driver ability point
We need a ribbon for this.

4. Purple Heart Ribbon - Over 20 deaths and under 5 kills

5. Boat Ribbon - 20 mins in a boat IAR & 1 kill assist

Special Forces

#MEDALS#

1. Combat Infanty Specialist Medal - 220 hours and all Basic Combat Badges
The same like in Bf2.

2. Marksman Infanty Specialist Medal - 330 hours and all veteran Combat Badges
The same like in Bf2.

3. Sharpshooter Specialist Medal - 440 hours and all Expert Combat Badges
The same like in Bf2.

4. Equipment Usage Medal - For having all Basic equipment badges (Zipline,Smoke,Hook,NV)
It would be something like the combat inf / marksman inf medals.

5. Equipment Usage Medal 2 - For having all Veteran equipment badges (Zipline,Smoke,Hook,NV)

6. Equipment Usage Medal 3 - For having all Expert equipment badges (Zipline,Smoke,Hook,NV)

7. Infantry Specialist Medal -

8. Armor Specialist Medal -

9. Helicopter Specialist Medal -

10. Transport Specialist Medal -

1. Nightvision Badge - Basic: 10 mins , Veteran: 2 hours global , Expert: 6 hours global
As we know night maps are not as popular and I already saw the ready badge for it but its not added.

2. Gasmask Badge - Basic: 5 mins , Veteran: 2 hours , Expert: 4 hours
As this is also an equipment and as there would be a badge players would use more teargas.

#RIBBONS#

1. Airborne Specialist Ribbon - 20 sec in parachute
As we know this medal is also existing with different requiments but they dont added it.

2. AA Specialist Ribbon - 10 mins and 22 kills

3. Ground Defense Specialist Ribbon - 6 mins and 10 kills IAR

Euro Forces

#RIBBONS#

1. EU Theather Ribbon - 5 mins on all EF maps & 50 hours total as EU
We all know that there is already a ribbon they just dont add it and we dont know why...

Armored Fury

1. Tank Destroyer Medal - 5000 destroyed armored vehicles (armor, apc, mobile aa)
Maps like Midnight Sun or Road Rage are perfect where the jets play the "tank buster" role

Defib kills count as knife kills, i think. I know they have a kill-message, but i think the tally goes into the knife part.

10. Parachute Badge - Basic: 10 min global , Veteran: 1 hour global , Expert: 2 hours global
We have a ribbon for but we use the parachute later as well.

maybe this instead:

Basic: 10 mins
Veteran: 30 mins
Expert: 1 hour

Also, call it a Paratroopers or Airborne Badge.

2 & 3 - Yes and why cant you have a Medal for it ? In 2142 you get a badge for this maybe thats better ?
4 - Yes and ? What are you doing ? Tank or Chopperwhoring to get your badge (expert) its not INF
5 - See above... INFANTRY not vehicle whoring.
6 - Medal and Badge are the same for you ?
7 - Ribbon and Badge are the same for you ?
9 - Theather Ribbon is not the same as Army..all maps got USMC
10 - Bud you use it several times.Why shooting smokegrenade is a reward ? Or Zipline ?

Seriously though, there should have been some more awards.
I want to see a medal like some kind of

"Military Role Model Medal"
Requirements:
-50 teampoints IAR
-30 kills IAR
-2 flag neutrilize / captures IAR
-Average K : D of 3.0+
(And maybe a couple other things?)
It'd be hard as hell to get (unless in an unpopulated server I gues...), but would be a good goal.

I would like just:
A new group of badges for every class of weapons (assault rifles, shotguns, carbines, lmg's, smg's, sniper rifles, AT) with requirements like the pistol badge.
Example for assault rifles:
basic: 10 kills IAR
veteran: 20 kills IAR, 2000 total
expert: 35 IAR, 5000 total

Obviously with tuned down requirements for some weapons like AT or smg's.

And a new group of map-related ribbons.
Something like, I don't know, Gulf of Oman Service Ribbon. BR 100, 20 hours total and 25 wins in that map.

A SF serie of combat/marksman/sharpshooter inf. medals would be nice too.

Would like to see even some of those come into being but dont think anything else is going to heppen to BF2. Like the Medic/Defeb one the best. Tho most of the people that still play BF2 would get most of those just by logging in. Think it would be great to get a chance to earn more but after they reduced the medal requirements a while back, what are the chances that they will add more? Heres hope'in....

I agree with you.Some medals would you recive after logging in if u have lots of points and hours.
But dont forget the new players who still learn and discover the maps and are surprised as they earn something.
Of course EA wont "waste" time and money to do some free work.I wish there would be something like the community can decide and add new things to the game.Like new maps and everyone could vote if it should be official or not.The same for the award things.
If we have the possibility to make the game better why shouldnt we ?
But the problem is that we cant do mutch...lots of ideas and changes are flooded in this (other) forum.
And i have no idea how can we force EA / DICE to do something for us.
Of course more medals would be great (or new ranks) what you could earn if u got everything, we need ideas what we collect and send EA.You know maybe...

Yeah i think it would be some Global Time of using NV...but hey as ppl (some of them) love to collect badges i think more players would play night maps to earn this NV badge.
So i would be also happy if DICE would/could add a few new awards with the new patch if there will be one once.
