I think you got evicted due to the hideous color of your '80s sofa. Atrocious.
Perhaps the two fountain drink cups (Pepsi and ?mart) in pic #3 were the real culprit.
Other than those listed above, the apartment looks about like my old bachelor pad in college. (sans the abandon ladies under garments and leftover facedown party goers) I fail to see what the big deal was...
