Its time to renew my norton internet security, just wanna know if 2007 worth buying or is there any others which are better. (don't say MacAfee cuz i hate it xD)

I've got CA Anti-virus, doesn't slow down your computer unlike Norton.

Norton hogs up to 50% of your system, CA only uses 6%.

AVG is great. I hate Norton, norton is awful. It "may" be safe, but the amount of CPU it uses is incredible. If you have an average - good computer you will still need shut down NIS if you want to play anything without some major lag.

Norton hogs your system's resources. I use AVG anti-virus (it's free) and Zone Alarm free firewall. They're both great and they don't hog system resources like Norton does.

norton uses close to 30mb out of the 2048 I have.
I have 37 Servives running that take up 310MB
