Actually, I think even "happy holidays" is technically politically incorrect now.

For a while it was something like "happy winter festivities", but now even that is deemed incorrect since it is not winter all over the world.

I prefer to stick with "Please enjoy the events your next day holds."

political correctness is all supposed to be about being unoffensive. well, happy winter blah blah blah is offensive to me. why can't it be merry christmas? why? i say happy hanukah to my jewish pals, and merry christmas to everybody else. even my muslim and buddist and whatever else friends don't care. they say it back. many of them celebrate christmas as a time of family togetherness. in fact, i don't think i know a single person who doesnt celebrate christmas or hanukah. some, like me, even celebrate both.

getting offended at every little thing causes every single problem in this world, not counting those caused by pure and simple stupidity.
