I'm runing with a pentium D and it says I'm running a 30C system... yeah ok thats good, but then it says "-127c CPU temperature"

I'm just woondering what the usual adverage is for most computers fan cooled.

30°C with an Intel Pentium D?
Did you throw your PC into an icy lake or something?

You can be sure the -127C is a false reading. Your 30C reading, that's while the CPU is idle, correct? What you really should look into is the load temp. Run Stress Prime 2004 and see what kind of temperature you get. Lower is always better, but so long as you stay under 50C at 100% load you're not in any danger.

-127c means it is probably trying to read from a sensor that is either not hooked up or malfunctioning
If you use speed fan I think the defualt settings are.
Temp1= Motherboard
Temp2=CPU

Temp3 is the one that is usually not hooked up.

I never exceed 34c, I am using a heatsink.

Could be that your board isn't supported by MBM, since it's no longer being updated. Use Speedfan instead.
