Could you do it with an adjustable DPI mouse, like a G5/G7/MXWhatever?
Set your high to pod glitch, set your normal to normal?
If so, then it could be exploited because you would not have to mess with the console while flying, just hit the ground and hit the sensativity button.
Or it could be macro'd to put it on and off.
